First of all let me say how refreshing it has been to deal with an estate agent that actually provides an amazing service unlike anything I have ever experienced in my many years of buying and selling. The staff Kate, Karren, Linda and Nia are truly a ‘one-off’. Nothing was ever too much trouble - ask a question and get an answer without having to chase again and again, incredible attention to detail and genuinely went out of their way and offered a customer service which was on another level. Fantastic communication. Efficient, polite and helpful staff who have a sound knowledge of the business and care about the experience for landlords and tenants equally. They provide a courteous and respectful level of service which I’ve yet to receive from previous letting experts.
