Having dealt with numerous letting agents over the years it’s so refreshing to experience the professional and friendly service at the Hub. We have recently built our house with an annex and we asked The Property Hub to give us an idea of the rental value of the annex if we were to 'rent it out' rather than use for family members which is its current purpose. Despite not actually putting the annex out to rent they provided us a a very useful valuation. They acted in a very professional and courteous manner and I would recommend them as a business.

We have recently completed on a property sold through The Property Hub - and without doubt, it's been the single best experience we have had when buying a house - and we have bought a few over the years. Kate, the owner, is very hands on, giving personal service and a great customer experience. Through any issues we talked daily, and not always within business hours - Kate and her team are dedicated and professional - nothing is too much trouble.  Kate acted as point of contact between both sides, talking to me, the seller, agents, solicitors and even helped with arranging a cleaner for us pre move day - really bringing the whole chain together.  Kate - you are an absolute star - thank you for making the buying experience as smooth as possible - if we ever sell you will be my first call (although I don't think we will ever be selling this lovely home)!

I have just purchased a property advertised through The Property Hub in Ross-on-Wye and wish to share my experience. First of all let me say how refreshing it has been to deal with an estate agent that actually provides an amazing service unlike anything I have ever experienced in my many years of buying and selling. The staff Kate, Karren, Linda and Nia are truly a ‘one-off’. Nothing was ever too much trouble - ask a question and get an answer without having to chase again and again, incredible attention to detail and genuinely went out of their way and offered a customer service which was on another level. If only all agents were like this! Well done and thank you sincerely ladies, I wish you all the luck in the world, you should set up a training school for how estate agents should operate.
