The staff Kate, Karren, Linda and Nia are truly a ‘one-off’. Nothing was ever too much trouble - ask a question and get an answer without having to chase again and again, incredible attention to detail and genuinely went out of their way and offered a customer service which was on another level. Absolutely wonderful experience using The Property Hub in Ross-on-Wye to find a rental. We were doing everything long distance and every single time we needed help with the process there was a friendly voice at the end of the line lending guidance and assuring us that it was no trouble at all. We have recently completed on a property sold through The Property Hub - and without doubt, it's been the single best experience we have had when buying a house - and we have bought a few over the years. Kate, the owner, is very hands on, giving personal service and a great customer experience.
